This policy explains what information Khane Ka Dabba By Kashkan ("we", "us") collects through our website and our iOS and Android app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details – your name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
- Delivery addresses – the addresses you save and the address and notes you give for each order.
- Orders and subscriptions – what you order, delivery dates, amounts, the payment method you choose and payment status.
- Reviews – ratings, comments and any photos you add to a review.
- Profile photo – if you choose to upload one.
- Usage information – which pages or screens are opened, the type of device (mobile, tablet, desktop or app) and a random visitor ID. We use this only to understand how our service is used.
We do not collect card or bank details in the app. Payment is made on delivery (cash, card or Zelle) directly with our team. We do not access your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and verify your email address.
- To prepare and deliver your orders and manage your subscriptions.
- To send order confirmations, payment confirmations and verification codes by email.
- To show approved reviews, with your name, to other customers.
- To provide customer support and keep our service secure.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising or tracking. We share it only with:
- Our staff and delivery team, to fulfil your orders.
- Service providers who run our service for us – our web hosting provider and our email provider – who may process data only on our behalf.
- Authorities, if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Usage information is deleted after 180 days. Order amounts are kept for our business and tax records.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Account → Delete account. This erases your name, email, phone number, saved addresses and profile photo, cancels your subscriptions and removes your reviews. Records of past orders are kept only in anonymous form (no name or address). You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing us at the address below.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile and addresses in the app or on the website at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your information or to correct or delete it by contacting us.
Security
Passwords are stored encrypted, and the app and website communicate with our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
